What counts as 'one automation'?
One workflow with a defined input and a defined output. Example: “When a new Shopify order comes in, append a row to this Google Sheet.” Multi-step is fine as long as it’s one workflow.
What tools do you support?
Anything with an API or a webhook. Common: Shopify, Stripe, Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Zapier-compatible apps. If you’re not sure, describe the process in the form — Nikita will tell you before charging.
What happens if it breaks later?
You get the source code and a walkthrough. If it breaks within 14 days due to a bug on our end, we fix it free. If an external API changes 6 months later, that’s a new $89 fix.

Nikita Dmitrieff

AI automation consultant. Based in Paris.

I work at the intersection of autonomous systems and business process design. I've spent years building infrastructure for AI agents that execute financial transactions — which means I understand automation not as a productivity trick, but as a system with real failure modes and real reliability requirements.

I started OneFix because most AI automation is sold as a subscription, built by agencies with low accountability, and priced to confuse. I'm doing the opposite: one process, one flat fee, full refund if it doesn't work.
